Refund policy

At SAAR CO, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged under the conditions below.

Effective from 2 May 2026.

Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, returned items must be physically received at our Melbourne HQ within this 14 day period.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Items must be free from any signs of wear, damage, stains or odours

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Engraved jewellery
  • Items with an engraved tag
  • Custom sized pieces

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Shipping Fees:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders that received free shipping, a flat fee of $7.50 will be deducted from the refund for change of mind returns.

Exchanges

Once received and approved, exchanges are processed within 3 business days.

We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the item does not meet the conditions above.

Once received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund
  • Gift cards, e-cards, premium packaging, and shipping fees are not refundable

Faults & Issues

This policy applies to change of mind only.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us and we will assess the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Items confirmed to have a manufacturing fault may be repaired, replaced, or refunded where appropriate.

Promotions

Orders placed during promotional periods (including Black Friday) may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
